“We must now realize America’s promise by believing in God, unifying our vision, and building the future. I am running for US president,” Kanye West wrote on Twitter, along with an image of the American flag and the hashtag #2020VISION.

It is unclear whether Kanye West is serious about running for president, with only 4 months left until the November 3 election. It is also unclear whether West has filed any official paperwork to run for office.

West said at the time that he would not run for president until after 2024, when Trump’s second term in the White House ends.
