Leaving your dog behind after she has given you the best years of her life is a cruel act, but that is what happened to Bella and her little brother Snoball, whose bond is so strong that even after being abandoned they do not want to be separated.

Bella is the youngest of the two, an 8-year-old German shepherd, while Snowball is a 13-year-old Chihuahua. Both arrived at the Carson Animal Shelter in California, United States, with their former owners.

From the moment they arrived, the volunteers noticed how close they were, so they decided not to separate them. Bella and Snoball would stay in the same cubicle, and the furry one had lost his sight, so the German shepherd served as his guide dog.

The shelter decided to record a video and make the case of these dogs public, because due to their advanced age and condition it was urgent to find them a home. No shelter replaces the warmth of a good family, so the volunteers wanted to help you

 find one.

In the video, the puppies appear lying down and quite calm, as moving is already difficult for them, so they enjoy lying next to each other. But what is most sad about the video is the sad look on the puppies’ faces, even Snowball, with only one eye, has a rather gloomy expression.

With the barking of the other dogs in the background, Bella can be seen looking quite depressed and her tender little brother touching her with his little nose. The puppies’ spirits were declining more and more every day since they were left in the place during the month of April.

As the caretakers had planned, the presentation of the case allowed them to find a family interested in taking care of these puppies.
