A shocking arrest has been made following the brutal killings of American Idol music producer Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The couple, both 70 years old, were found murdered in their $5 million residence in the upscale Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles. Authorities believe the crime was the result of a home burglary gone horribly wrong.
According to investigators, 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian was taken into custody just one day after the grim discovery. Detectives allege that Boodarian broke into the home on July 10 while the couple was away and spent up to 30 minutes inside before they unexpectedly returned—possibly walking in on the intruder.

The bodies of Robin Kaye and Thomas Deluca were discovered inside their home.

Horrific Discovery Behind Locked Doors
Concerned friends contacted police for a welfare check after not hearing from the couple for several days. When officers arrived on Monday, they found signs of forced entry—a shattered window and blood stains at the entrance.
Inside, the horror deepened: Robin Kaye was found shot to death in the pantry, and Deluca in a bathroom—both with fatal gunshot wounds to the head.

High walls and spiked surround the home.

Mounting Fears Before the Murder
In a chilling twist, sources reveal that weeks before the incident, Kaye had reached out to a private security company amid fears she was being watched or threatened. Unfortunately, the couple never finalized the security arrangements.
Despite the home being heavily fortified with high walls and protective spikes, neighbors reported hearing nothing unusual on the day of the murder.
Police have not yet determined whether Kaye and Deluca were specifically targeted or if it was a random act. The investigation remains ongoing.
