According to the Daily Mail (UK), our world has never lacked strange and inexplicable things – from the mysterious “flying saucer” in New Mexico to the “mysterious door” in Antarctica.
Located about 130km northwest of Las Vegas, right in the middle of the desert of Nevada, a giant triangular tower was discovered through Google Maps at coordinates 37.24624 degrees North, 115.82334 degrees West. The image of this structure quickly spread on the Internet, making the online community curious.

Many social media users have made humorous speculations about this structure. Some people call it a “giant Dyson air purifier”, others compare this object to a TV remote control, a new version of the Jenga game, or even the leaning tower of Pisa.
One netizen humorously wrote: “Aliens say ‘We want to help humanity, but don’t make us work in square offices. We need our own high-end triangular tower!’”

What makes this structure remarkable is not only its strange shape, but also its special location – located right in Area 51, a top-secret military base of the US Air Force. This place has been associated with countless rumors about unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and secret activities related to aliens.
When viewed from Google Maps, this triangular tower is located in the middle of a complex of warehouses, runways and vehicles – all creating a landscape that makes people think of science fiction movies.
An interesting point is that around the tower is a long winding strip of land and its shadow under the desert sun has led many to compare it to “the most accurate sundial in the world”.

While a number of theories have been put forward about the object – including whether it is an alien construct or a global climate control device – many experts and military-informed users believe that the tower could simply be a radar cross section (RCS) test stand. This is a type of structure used to hang models or real aircraft to measure their radar reflection – part of a stealth technology testing program.
