After arriving in Kansas City, our rookies kicked off their journey with more than just football. They recently took part in the Rookie Readiness Program, an initiative designed to prepare them for life on and off the field.

One key highlight was the Financial Literacy Session presented by Ford, where players learned how to make smart, responsible financial decisions — including how to manage big purchases like cars 🚗. It’s all part of helping them build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Football is just the beginning. We’re proud to support our rookies as they grow into pros — both as athletes and as individuals.
