A 35-year-old man was transported to a clinic in Costa Rica in critical condition on July 20, according to a USA Today report.
The Costa Rican Red Cross received a report of a water-related incident on Sunday and dispatched medical personnel to treat both the man and Warner.
Both men were dragged by a water current at Playa Cocles in Limón that afternoon, according to the New York Post.
What we don’t know:
The current condition of the 35-year-old is unknown as of this report.

“He was rescued by people on the beach,” the department’s initial report said, but first responders from Costa Rica’s Red Cross found him without vital signs.
