As the Kansas City Chiefs gear up for another title run, All-Pro defensive tackle Chris Jones is already embracing the intensity of training camp.
“It is a good competitive battle,” Jones shared when asked about the early days of camp. “Iron sharpens iron. The guys are hungry, and that’s exactly what we need.”
The veteran leader has been vocal on and off the field, setting the tone for a defense looking to build on last year’s dominance. With rising stars like George Karlaftis and rookie additions pushing the tempo, Jones welcomes the challenge.
“You don’t get better without competition,” he added. “That’s how championships are built — day by day, rep by rep.”
🔥 Chiefs fans will be thrilled to know that No. 95 is locked in and laser-focused. Whether it’s drills, walkthroughs, or red-zone reps, Jones is showing why he remains the anchor of Kansas City’s defense.
🏈 Stay tuned — the battle in the trenches is just heating up.
