A tragic accident unfolded this morning in Kansas City when a distracted driver ran a red light while using a phone and struck a 55-year-old pedestrian in a downtown intersection. Shockingly, emergency responders later confirmed the victim to be Ed Kelce, the father of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
