Mystery Packages: Why One California Woman Keeps Receiving Hundreds of Amazon Boxes
For over a year, a woman in California has been living a very unexpected reality: hundreds of Amazon packages showing up at her doorstep, none of which she ordered.

According to local reports, the packages contain everything from random gadgets to household items — all traced back to a Chinese seller who had mistakenly listed her home as a return address on their Amazon storefront.

Despite contacting Amazon multiple times, the packages continued arriving. The woman described it as both frustrating and surreal:
“At first, I thought it was a mistake. But after the tenth box, I realized this wasn’t stopping.”
Experts suggest it could be part of a scheme where overseas sellers use random U.S. addresses to handle unwanted returns, avoiding storage costs and fees.
Amazon has since opened an investigation, but for now, the deliveries keep coming.
