Kayleigh McEnany Welcomes Third Child: “Life’s Most Important Headline”

Former White House Press Secretary and current Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany has welcomed her third child with husband and former MLB pitcher Sean Gilmartin—a baby girl named Avery Grace.

Sharing the news on Instagram, Kayleigh posted heartwarming photos of their now family of five, writing, “Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life.” She also included Psalm 139:13–14, reflecting on her faith and gratitude throughout the pregnancy.

Co-host Emily Compagno announced the news live on Fox’s Outnumbered, calling Avery “the newest member of the Outnumbered family.” The announcement was met with celebration from fans and colleagues alike.

Kayleigh, 37, and Sean began their journey in 2015 while she was attending Harvard Law. They married in 2017 and have since welcomed Nash (2019)Blake (2022), and now Avery (2025).

Though she hasn’t confirmed her return date to Outnumbered, Kayleigh says she’s focusing on what she calls “life’s most important headline”—her family.

With three little ones under six, it’s a busy but joy-filled season for the McEnany household.
