In Texas, a 9-year-old boy named Cameron Johnson has captured hearts across the country by launching a small cookie stand called “Cam’s Cookies” — all to help pay for his mother’s medical treatment.
Every afternoon after school, Cameron bakes cookies from scratch and sells them from a homemade booth in his neighborhood. His goal? To raise enough money to cover his mom’s medication costs, which had become overwhelming for their family.

His story went viral on TikTok and local news, quickly attracting hundreds of supporters, with some driving hours just to buy a bag of cookies.
“I just want my mom to smile and not worry about the bills,” Cameron told a reporter.
“If cookies can help, I’ll bake as many as it takes.”
Thanks to his determination — and a little sugar and flour — Cameron turned kindness into action and reminded everyone that love doesn’t need to be big to be powerful.
