Social media has shown us once again that there is nothing like seeing your little brother or sister for the first time. Even though many people don’t remember what they felt at that moment due to their young age, a very special bond is created that lasts a lifetime. Luckily, and thanks to the cameras on our mobile phones, it is becoming easier to capture that moment and record it for posterity. Do you remember what it was like the first time you held your little brother or sister in your arms?
Twitter user @Aqualady6666 recently shared a video on her profile that took just a few hours to go viral around the world: “This is the most beautiful thing you’re going to see today.” A video, just 37 seconds long, in which we can see the first time a boy holds his newborn sister. After seeing her in his arms for the first time, the boy begins to cry. An emotion so great that he even has to wipe away his tears and snot without taking his eyes off his sister. And, as a good older brother that he is, he wants to help his sister to be as well as possible.
A hug to remember: the moment that touches social networks
After hearing his sister speak for the first time, the little boy starts looking at his parents, completely excited. This excitement increases even more when the baby starts moving his arms and ends up touching his face. Since the little boy was completely hypnotized, the mother asked him to explain to him that he could tell his sister whatever he wanted: “You can talk to her.”
However, the protagonist of this story was unable to articulate a word. Meanwhile, the father of both reminded him that, even though she could not speak yet, she understood what he was saying to her: “You can tell her whatever you want.” Even though the boy understood perfectly that he could say whatever he wanted to his sister, he preferred to stare at her. With the excitement of seeing his little sister for the first time, the boy turned to her and gave her one of those hugs that are worth more than any words.
